Hi, I am a small batch traditional double-fermented vinegar made from 100 percent organic ingredients sourced using my brain and heart. I sound complicated but I'm simple. Nothing against apples but you won't find any here. Whatever the ingredient listed is, that is what I ferment, so each vinegar will have a very different flavor profile and also have different uses and mineral content. Each batch is tasted as they ferment to determine the prime bottling point while monitoring the ph and acid levels.
I’m here to enhance the flavor of your dark leafy greens, raw oysters, beets, potatoes, or basically whatever you like to eat. I add brightness and minerals to sauces, soups, stocks and salad dressings. You can drink me with water in the morning or with booze after the morning. I am sensitive like you so once opened, please store me in a cold, dark space with your secrets.
I’m alive and made with a natural and nurturing "mother," so if one appears in the bottle, you can filter and discard her and continue to use or let her be. She comes in peace and means you no harm.
