Salty Lemon and Lavender Lemonade
In a quart container add ice, 1 tbsp of lemon paste, 2 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of maple syrup.

Soak 1 lb of your preferred dry beans over night, rinse in the morning and cook slowly with some herbs, spices, chilis, persian lime, ginger, sea lettuce, and when they are done cooking add a good splash of kombu or celery vinegar
Warm Salty Lemon Tonic 1 tsp of lemon paste mixed with warm water in the morning, in the afternoon, before bed. This will help balance your bodies delicate ph and give you a boost of vitamin C.
1/2 cup mineral water and reuse a small spray bottle
store in fridge to keep cold and refreshing
Lemon Curd for pancakes, cake filling, or dipping a finger in to lick off.
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp lemon paste
1/3 cup TART vinegar *prefer lavender
1/2 cup sugar
6 tbsp butter cut into pieces
pinch of salt
-dbl boiler and whisk the yolks, sugar, paste, vinegar, salt until it coats the spoon (8ish min)
-remove and fold in the cut up butter and seal it with plastic wrap to keep a "skin" from forming.
the salad dressing i always use
1 minced shallot covered in vinegar *celery
1 knub of ginger grated
1 tps of lemon paste
1 tsp of honey or maple syrup
whisk in 1/3 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
